Privacy and analytics

Orders and requests

When you place an order or send a request, you provide information such as your name, contact details, gift selections and delivery arrangements. We use it to handle your request, process and fulfill your order, and communicate with you.

Payments are handled through Stripe. Our website does not collect your payment card details directly. Stripe and our website hosting provider process information needed to provide their services.

Your cart

Your browser stores your gift selections and delivery choice so they can remain available when you move between pages or return to the shop. Your browser also stores your separate analytics and advertising measurement preferences.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar browser technology to help us understand visits, product interest, checkout activity and purchases. Reports can include browser and device information, general location, referral sources and interactions with this site.

Our analytics events do not include the name, email address, delivery address or message you provide with an order or inquiry. Purchase reporting includes products, quantities, totals and a transaction identifier.

Optional analytics stays off until you select Allow analytics and save your choices. You can change your choice using Privacy preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent shopping or sending a request. Changing your preference stops future collection through this site; it does not erase data already collected or automatically remove existing Google cookies. Optional advertising measurement

Meta advertising measurement is separate from Google Analytics. When this feature is configured, it stays off unless you explicitly choose Allow advertising measurement and save your choices. Your existing analytics choice does not give permission for Meta. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps Meta measurement off.

With your permission, Meta Pixel and Conversions API may receive product views, cart additions, checkout starts and verified purchases. These events include product identifiers, names, quantities, order amounts, browser identifiers and your internet address. The same event identifier lets Meta recognize the browser and server copies as one event. We do not send your order name, email address, delivery address or inquiry message as advertising event data.

We do not use automatic advanced matching, automatic events or PageView events. Private Care, founder access, invitation and customer portal pages are excluded. Order and invitation tokens are not sent to Meta. You may decline or withdraw this permission in Privacy preferences without affecting shopping. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not erase data already collected or remove existing Meta cookies. Your browser settings can remove cookies.

Outreach links

If you follow an individual outreach link and allow analytics, we may associate pages viewed and selected shop, gift-planning, cart or checkout controls with that link in our private team report. The link may be assigned to the contact we invited, but a forwarded link does not identify its visitor. We do not collect this optional visit activity before you allow analytics. Referral codes may also accompany requests and orders so we know where they came from. Declining analytics does not prevent shopping or sending a request.
